Refund & Replacement Policy

At Speedline Prints, all our vinyl decals are custom-made, so we do not offer standard refunds for custom orders. However, we stand by the quality of our products. If your decal arrives with a defect in the graphics or material, you may be eligible for a refund or store credit.

To qualify for a replacement or refund, please submit clear photos showing the defect or tampering and contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@speedlineprints.com. Our team will review the photos and verify the defect.

A restocking fee of up to 30% may be applied to all approved returns. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, and returns must be sent using a trackable or insured method such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. All returns must be shipped to our warehouse, as we do not accept returns sent to postal pickup locations or depots. Returns sent to such locations will be considered undelivered.

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will process your refund or issue store credit. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to reflect in your original payment method.

Please note that refunds or credits are issued only for verified defects in the product. We cannot issue refunds for changes of mind, incorrect sizing, or damage caused after delivery. Since all custom decals are made to your specifications, please review your design carefully before confirming your order. We take pride in delivering high-quality decals and want you to be completely satisfied with your order.
