By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your shipping address and payment details. All payments are processed securely through our chosen payment providers, including Shopify Payments and PayPal. Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

3. Custom Orders
Custom decals and prints are made to your specifications. Please review your design, spelling, dimensions, and other specifications carefully before submitting your order. Once production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

4. Shipping
Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on production schedules and carrier delays. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses or carrier issues.

5. Refunds and Returns
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer standard refunds. Please see our Refund & Replacement Policy for details regarding defective products, required photo evidence, restocking fees, and shipping responsibilities.
